Our Story

Hopeful Grounds Coffee was born in 2025 in Huron, South Dakota, out of a simple but powerful belief: that a great cup of coffee has the power to bring people together. Founded on a passion for coffee and people, we set out to create something more than just a roastery — we set out to build a community.

We roast our beans in small batches, sourcing single-origin coffee and air roasting each batch for a smooth, less acidic experience. Every bag is made fresh for you, because you deserve nothing less.
